Support Schedule
The 天美传媒官网 Brightspace Instructional Technologists are available for support between 8 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 4 PM will be addressed when our team returns to normal support at 8 AM the following business day. While we鈥檙e out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
A banner image on the course homepage will draw attention to the course with image rather than text only. When choosing a banner, it should be a wide image so that it displays well. A tall or square image will be significantly cropped.
Note that Brightspace recommends (but doesn鈥檛 require) a specific image size for the ideal display quality:聽2400 x 960 pixels.

Adding a Course Banner Image
1. In the NavBar, click Course Admin.听
2. Once you are in the Course Admin tab, click on Course Offering information.
3. Click the Browse button to locate the image file on your computer. Check the box below to 鈥渄isplay the image in a banner on the course homepage.鈥
4. Click Save聽to make the banner visible.
5. If at any time you want to change the banner, click the X next to the current banner鈥檚 file name. This will delete the current banner and allow you to upload a new one.
