Check out our newly updated Brightspace FAQs! This list runs through the most common questions the Brightspace Support Team gets throughout the year. If you have any questions not listed here, be sure to contact our Support team for assistance.
Support Schedule
The 天美传媒官网 Brightspace Instructional Technologists are available for support between 8 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday. Any emails received after 4 PM will be addressed when our team returns to normal support at 8 AM the following business day. While we鈥檙e out, we encourage you to utilize our On-Demand Resources to answer any questions that arise.
These videos are based on our聽聽held with the Institute for the Advancement of Higher Education (AdvancED). Whether you can鈥檛 make it to one of our workshops, or just need a refresher course, we鈥檝e made as many resources as possible available online, and will continue adding more.

Generative AI鈥檚 Impact on Teaching and Learning

Introduction to Brightspace: Part I
In this video workshop, we will log in to Brightspace and get to know all of the features and capabilities on the main landing page. This includes how to find and pin your courses, how to change your course image, and how to navigate to different tools and resources from the main page.
Introduction to Brightspace: Part II
In this video workshop, we will go into a course and explore the Content tab. Content is where you will post all of your readings, assignments, instructions, and other materials you want to share with students. We will explore how to add files and聽documents, set due dates and descriptions, and manage the many options available on the Content page.
Setting up the Gradebook
In this video workshop, you will get an overview of how the gradebook works in Brightspace.
