Fall 2026 Recruiting Calendar
The fall 2026 recruiting season runs from the first day of classes through the last. Below is a month-by-month overview of major dates, fairs, and university closures. Employers planning campus engagement should review these dates carefully when scheduling activities.
August
August 26 鈥� First Day of Classes Fall 2026 recruiting season officially opens.
September
September 7 鈥� Labor Day Vanderbilt Career Center closed. No recruiting activities.
September 9鈥�11 鈥� 2026 Fall Engineering & Tech Fairs For employers actively hiring for internship or full-time roles in engineering and tech functions. Attend either or both days. Post-fair interviews available Friday, September 11.
