Sample purity must be improved in each investigator&#8217;s laboratory. All users share responsibility for careful, error-free usage of the microscopes and other equipment in the facility. Facility usage can be accessed via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/csb\/cryo-em-contacts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">facility staff<\/a>, unless the user is a facility-certified microscopist. Microscopists must be trained or certified by the facility director. All facility usage must be logged and authorized.<\/p>\n<h4>Titan Krios Access<\/h4>\n<p>To request access to the Titan Krios, visit the facility\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vanderbilt.corefacilities.org\/service_center\/5748\/\">iLab site<\/a> and complete the Krios Request for Screening and Data Acquisition from under the Request Services tab.<\/p>\n<h4>EM Tools Kits and Vendors<\/h4>\n<p>The CSB Cryo-EM Facility provides tools and supplies for common use.
