Will Wan, Biochemistry<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Will Wan<\/a>, assistant professor of biochemistry, has been named a 2022 Pew Scholar in the Biomedical Sciences<\/a>. The Pew Scholars Program in the Biomedical Sciences provides funding to young investigators of outstanding promise in science relevant to the advancement of human health.<\/span><\/p>\n

The funding will allow the Wan lab to use and develop cutting-edge methods like cryo-electron tomography to determine how Ebola virus infects host cells. <\/span><\/p>\n

Will is one of three ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø scientists to be named a 2022 Pew Scholar and among 22 chosen nationwide.<\/span><\/p>\n
