DEER is widely applicable in the studies of the structure and functional dynamics of proteins, other biomolecules and their complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Topics include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What is the DEER experiment?<\/li>\n<li>What can I learn from doing DEER?<\/li>\n<li>What is needed to do DEER?<\/li>\n<li>Collecting optimal DEER data.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing DEER data.<\/li>\n<li>Using DEER results to model structure\/dynamics.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Instructors are Eric Hustedt and Richard Stein.
