Students may apply for funding for up to three organizations that they are involved in or plan to be involved in.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading2\">\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\"><a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#item2\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"item2\"><i class='pull-right fa fa-chevron-circle-down' aria-hidden='true'><\/i>Am I eligible to apply for EV funding?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"item2\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading2\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You are eligible to apply for EV funding if you are an undergraduate student currently eligible for need-based financial aid. Athletes that qualify for financial aid are eligible to receive funding, even if they are on scholarship.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading4\">\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\"><a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#item4\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"item4\"><i class='pull-right fa fa-chevron-circle-down' aria-hidden='true'><\/i>Can I apply for funds for an organization that I'm not yet involved in?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"item4\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading4\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yes, you can apply for funding for organizations that you plan to join or have not yet paid dues for. If you are applying for funding for Greek Life, but you have not yet affiliated with a chapter, please wait until you have officially joined to fill out the Organization Designation form.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading5\">\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\"><a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#item5\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"item5\"><i class='pull-right fa fa-chevron-circle-down' aria-hidden='true'><\/i>How do EV funds affect my actual cost of participation?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"item5\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading5\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">EV funds are awarded for students, not for organizations, so the funds should directly apply to the cost of the EV recipient\u2019s participation. For example, if an organization has dues of $800 and an EV recipient is awarded $600 for participation in that organization, then that student should not be expected to pay more than $200 in dues to that organization (the student may pay less than $300 if they receive supplemental financial assistance from the organization). If you believe an organization is misusing EV funds, please email the EV Exec Board at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">experiencevanderbilt@vanderbilt.edu<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. EV funds cannot be used to cover costs that are not included in the organization\u2019s dues.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading6\">\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\"><a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#item6\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"item6\"><i class='pull-right fa fa-chevron-circle-down' aria-hidden='true'><\/i>How are EV funds distributed?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"item6\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading6\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After the application has closed, EV recipients will be notified via email. Recipients will receive their award on their Commodore Card 2-4 weeks after submitting their Organization Designation application. They will then go into the student marketplace to purchase their experience.\u00a0 Any remaining funds on your Commodore Card at the end of the semester will be returned to Experience 天美传媒官网 and be redistributed the following year.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading7\">\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\"><a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#item7\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"item7\"><i class='pull-right fa fa-chevron-circle-down' aria-hidden='true'><\/i>How much money was distributed for the 2023-2024 academic year?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"item7\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading7\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the 2023-24 academic year, almost $650,000 was awarded with a maximum award of $500 for an individual student.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading8\">\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\"><a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#item8\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"item8\"><i class='pull-right fa fa-chevron-circle-down' aria-hidden='true'><\/i>What if an organization I'm interested in has dues greater than $500?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"item8\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading8\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Many organizations have an internal financial assistance program to help students cover the costs of participation. EV-eligible organizations should have a designated point-of-contact for financial assistance and EV-related questions. This includes concerts, such as Commodore Quake and Rites of Spring, cultural showcases, and other student organization events.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading11\">\n<h4 class=\"panel-title\"><a role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#item11\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"item11\"><i class='pull-right fa fa-chevron-circle-down' aria-hidden='true'><\/i>What tickets can I purchase with my Event Pass funds?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"item11\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading11\">\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can purchase a ticket to any event that is hosted by a registered student organization or university programs.
