  • 2025-26 Formal Grievance Protocol

    The Formal Grievance Protocol (“FGP”) is a part of ý’s (“Vanderbilt”) Sexual
    Misconduct Policy. The FGP addresses allegations of certain types of sexual misconduct as
    defined in accordance with the Title IX Regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106) and the processes for
    responding to these allegations.

  • 2025-26 Sexual Misconduct Policy

    Vanderbilt prohibits and seeks to eliminate all forms of Sexual Misconduct, including Sexual
    Harassment and Sexual Assault. Under federal law, Vanderbilt has a duty to take steps to
    prevent and address the effects of Sexual Misconduct.

  • Access to Competition Area

    This policy is intended to allow spectators to access the competition area and celebrate when appropriate, while always prioritizing the safety of game participants and upholding applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Adornment Policy

    The policy outlines adornment requirements for Vanderbilt’s annual Commencement ceremonies.

  • Animals on Campus

    It is the policy of ý to only allow animals that meet the requirements of this policy on campus grounds or inside University buildings.

  • Appropriate Use of Technology Assets Policy

    This policy outlines the guidelines and principles governing the use of Vanderbilt’s IT assets and resources by the entire ý community, including faculty, staff, students, contractors, and affiliates.

  • Camp Hiring and Compensation

    ý is committed to ensuring fair compensation to all camp staff and the following all applicable SEC and NCAA guidelines. This Camp Hiring and Compensation Policy serves to protect both camp staff and camp attendees.

  • Clery Campus Safety Act

    The purpose of this policy is to comply with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (commonly referred to as the “Clery Act”). .

  • Code of Conduct as Applicable to the Office of Student Financial Aid and Undergraduate Scholarships

    ý prohibits conflicts of interest with the responsibilities of officers, employees or agents of the university with respect to education loans for students. The university shall comply with, administer, enforce, prominently publish on its website(s) and annually inform officers, employees and agents of the university who have responsibilities with respect to education loans of the Financial Aid Code of Conduct.

    ý welcomes members of the news media to campus as part of our mission to share pathbreaking research and faculty expertise. As we are a private university, neither the public nor members of the media have a right to unrestricted access to Vanderbilt students, staff or properties.

  • Safe Use Policy for Lithium-Powered Mobility Devices

    This policy permits the use of Electric Personal Transportation Vehicles (EPTVs) used as Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices (OPDMDs) by individuals with disabilities, provided the lithium-ion batteries meet safety standards and the devices are properly stored and charged only in the individual’s assigned residential facility.

    The Athletics Department retains the right to refuse purchase to known brokers. Vanderbilt Athletics reserves the right to cancel purchases from patrons who are habitually purchasing for the purpose of reselling.

    The ý Athletics Department ticket refund policy indicates all ticket sales are final and no refund or replacements shall be given for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or forgotten tickets.

    The purpose of this policy is to establish the criteria and guidelines for individuals to volunteer in the Department of Student Athletics.

    To ensure that Vanderbilt community members have access to the services and facilities that they are entitled to, it is necessary at times for our community members to provide photo identification. For this purpose, Vanderbilt Card Services provides photo identification credentials to patrons.
