Vanderbilt submits comments on proposed changes to federal financial assistance regulations

The proposed rule would revise the regulation commonly referred to as Uniform Guidance. Uniform Guidance establishes government-wide requirements for how federal grants, cooperative agreements and other forms of federal financial assistance are managed and audited.
