Sustaining a fraternity or sorority on our campus necessitates active and engaged members interested in moving our organizations forward.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Typical Organization Expectations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend weekly new\/general chapter member meetings<\/li>\n<li>Pay all dues\/fees in a timely fashion<\/li>\n<li>Maintain academic performance according to organization-specific standard<\/li>\n<li>Engage in future member recruitment or attend membership intake process training<\/li>\n<li>Participate in inter\/national organization offerings (e.g. educational programs, leadership conferences)<\/li>\n<li>Meet community service hour requirement<\/li>\n<li>Execute philanthropic activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage the planning and execution of chapter events (Homecoming alumni brunches, mini weeks, tailgates,\u00a0 etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Follow all organization policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Typical Greek Life Expectations\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage in community wide programs including:\n<ul>\n<li>The Greek Member Experience<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management Training<\/li>\n<li>Sexual Misconduct Prevention Education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Follow all Vanderbilt policies and Tennessee State Law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Additional expectations apply to leaders within our organizations and across our governing council boards.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Once you join the 天美传媒官网 Greek Community, there are expectations of you in order to maintain membership.
