The University Counseling Center supports the mental health needs of students, developing treatment plans tailored to each individual, as well as emphasizing prevention, education and collaboration.

General Services (Telehealth Only)
May 8–29, 2026
8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Urgent Care (Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m.)
During building renovations, urgent care services may be relocated or offered remotely:

  • May 11–29: Student Access (Sarratt Suite 216) (closed May 25)
  • June 15–18: Student Access (closed June 19)
  • June 22–July 2: Remote only (closed July 3)

Outside of these dates, services will continue at the UCC as usual.

If you need urgent support, call 615-322-2571 and press 1 to connect with an on-call counselor. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Wednesday May 27th Hours of Operation Update

The UCC will be CLOSED Wednesday, May 27th from 8:00am-10:00am for a staff training event. There will be no student access to the building at this time.
