Designed with sustainability in mind, Zeppos College aims to achieve LEED certification, underscoring the university\u2019s commitment to environmental responsibility. As a vibrant part of the West End Neighborhood, Zeppos College seamlessly blends tradition, modernity, and a vision for the future. Spanning 242,400 square feet, Zeppos College is designed to foster both residential and event experiences. The building accommodates up to 335 sophomores, juniors, and seniors in four-person suites, double rooms, and single rooms, offering various living options tailored to students’ needs.<\/p>\n
