The Bick Lab at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½¹ÙÍø Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and independent postdoctoral fellow to join our team working on the detection and interpretation of acquired DNA mutations as well as interrogation of their downstream biomedical consequences. Special emphasis is paid to translational efforts.

| Full Description | This position supports a new initiative focused on developing novel methods for detecting acquired mutations from peripheral blood and lesional tissue samples. A keen understanding of wet lab technologies such as duplex sequencing will be required for completion of the project but can be developed in the course of the project. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have or develop skills related to biomedical informatics such as deep phenotyping and skills related to epidemiology such as time-to-event analysis. Opportunities also exist to collaborate on other ongoing projects in the lab. |
